Sheerness is really three neighbourhoods in one: Blue Town by the port, Mile Town in the centre and Marine Town along the seafront. We're based in town, so we do airport pickups in all three every day. Here's how it works in each one.
Blue Town: narrow streets by the port
Blue Town's historic terraces were built for dockyard workers, not for cars, and some streets are tight with little parking. If that's your road, we'll suggest a nearby spot to meet, and help carry your cases. We also collect crew and port staff right by the Port of Sheerness. Airport taxis in Blue Town.
Mile Town: the town centre
Lots of Mile Town homes are flats above shops on the High Street and the Broadway. The easiest pickups are usually from the nearest side road, or from the Clock Tower if that's simpler. Marine Town: quiet seaside roads
Marine Town's residential streets near the seafront and Beachfields are the easiest of the three: we can almost always stop right outside your door. Airport taxis in Marine Town.

The differences are tiny because all three districts leave the island the same way, along the A250 and over the Sheppey Crossing. What matters more is the time of day and whether your airport is north of the Thames.
