Flights rarely land exactly on time. Some are early, some are hours late, and passport queues and baggage reclaim can add anything from ten minutes to an hour. Here's how an airport pickup works when plans change.
The key: your flight number
When you book a pickup, give us your flight number, not just the time. Flight times change; the flight number lets us plan around when your plane actually lands rather than the time on your original booking.
If your flight is delayed
A delay before you take off is the easy case. Because we're working from your flight number, we adjust the pickup to your new landing time. If the delay is long or your flight is cancelled and rebooked, send us the new flight details as soon as you have them.
If your flight lands early
Early landings happen, especially on overnight flights with a tailwind. You'll usually still need time for passport control and bags, so an early landing rarely means a long wait. Message us when you're through and we'll tell you where we are.
Stuck at passport control or baggage reclaim
This is the part nobody can predict. If you're held up after landing, a quick message or call keeps everyone in the picture. Ask us when you book how waiting time is handled for your airport, so there are no surprises.
