Airport terminal building

Gatwick is the airport most of our Sheppey customers use, and it has two terminals. Getting the right one saves time and stress.

Check your terminal

Your terminal is on your booking or boarding pass. Airlines occasionally move terminals, so check again a few days before you fly.

Moving between terminals

The North and South terminals are linked by a free shuttle train that runs regularly and takes only a few minutes. Allow extra time if you need it.

Tell your driver

Tell us your terminal when you book, and we'll drop you at the right forecourt. From Sheerness, Gatwick is about 57 miles, typically 1 hr 10 – 1 hr 30, with no Dartford Crossing.

Coming home

For return pickups, give us your flight number. We'll track it and agree a meeting point at the right terminal.

See the Gatwick airport guide, or call 01795 25 25 01.
