Call us straight away
Call 01795 25 25 01 as soon as you notice. The sooner we know, the sooner we can check with the driver, before the next passenger gets in.

- When and where you were picked up and dropped off
- The name or number you booked under
- What the item is and where you were sitting
Avoid it next time
- Check the seat and footwell before you get out
- Keep phones and wallets in a pocket, not on the seat
- Count your bags when they're unloaded
