Things don't always go to plan. If you're running late for your pickup, here's what to do.
Call us straight away
Call 01795 25 25 01 as soon as you know. We'll tell the driver and, if needed, move your pickup.
If you're catching a flight or train
Tell us your departure time. We'll tell you honestly whether it's still achievable, and plan the quickest route.
Avoid the rush
- Pack the night before an early pickup
- Set an alarm 10 minutes before the car is due
- Put shoes, keys and documents by the door
